How we help
We offer a variety of counselling and therapeutic support to people at all stages of life.
Counselling for children and young people
Age-appropriate support for younger clients dealing with difficult emotions or behaviours in a setting designed to help them feel safe and understood.
Counselling for adults
One-to-one counselling for adults seeking support with a wide range of mental health issues. Whichever therapeutic approach works for you, all sessions are an opportunity for you to explore and discuss your experiences in a non-judgemental space.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
A structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This method seeks to help you develop solution-focused tools to manage personal and emotional difficulties more effectively in your life.
Perinatal Counselling
One-to-one counselling with a specialised approach for clients in the perinatal period. From pregnancy to your baby’s 3rd birthday, we offer support to mothers and fathers experiencing pre or postnatal depression, anxiety or simply seeking a space to explore and reflect on the significant changes this period brings. Additionally, we offer the option of therapy alongside your infant up to 6 months of age.
Parent coaching
Guidance and help for parents and carers to reflect on challenges, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that support family life.
Group work
Psychoeducational groups that provide a therapeutic space to share effective tools and learning on different topics. These are designed to enhance wellbeing, encourage connection, and foster a sense of community.
