What we do

Our counselling and psychotherapy sessions are delivered by a team of four therapists who work closely together. While each therapist brings their own training and way of working, we share the same core values: compassion, inclusivity, respect, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Working as a team allows us to offer different perspectives and integrative approaches, while ensuring that support remains personal and consistent. We take time to understand who you are and what you’re looking for in therapy through discussions and/or consultations in a safe, non-judgemental environment. The process is designed to meet people where they are and make certain you find the approach that best suits you.

We understand the impact of physical environment on mental well-being, and we aim to ensure our space reflects the people we work with. We have a dedicated ‘playroom’ designed for children and younger clients, equipped with a wide range of creative resources that can be used in session, as well as a separate, calm space for adolescents and adults. This allows us to offer an environment that feels appropriate and comfortable at all stages of life.

Whether seeking personal guidance or support for your child, our goal is to work closely alongside you with care and respect, helping you find ways to understand what’s going on and move forward at the correct pace for you.
